It takes diners through a tour of Tasmania’s pristine cuisine\, utilizing ingredients from the land and sea\, in a four-course dinner with matching Tasmanian wines.\n\n\nIt is a joint\, whole of restaurant booking\, with the expectation of 30 pax from LCDR and 50 pax from Piccolo’s customers.\n\n\nLCDR will lead the food and wine presentation.\nThe dress code will be formal/elegant\, LCDR members with ribbons.\nPre paid\, March cancelled dinner payments can be applied to your ticket.
