How to apply

If you would like to become a member of our bailliage, you will need to be nominated and seconded by current la Chaine des Rotisseurs members. Usually, this means you make an application after attending two of our functions as a guest.

The membership year runs from January to December and the current annual and joining fees are between $320 and $280 depending on your status.
