Special Chef’s 4 course Menu
- This is not an Italian menu, but a specially curated menu and is a collaboration between Piccolo Cucina’s executive chef and our Bailli. It takes diners through a tour of Tasmania’s pristine cuisine, utilizing ingredients from the land and sea, in a four-course dinner with matching Tasmanian wines.
- It is a joint, whole of restaurant booking, with the expectation of 30 pax from LCDR and 50 pax from Piccolo’s customers.
- LCDR will lead the food and wine presentation.
- The dress code will be formal/elegant, LCDR members with ribbons.
- Pre paid, March cancelled dinner payments can be applied to your ticket. Choose carefully when booking.
