Tutored Cheese Tasting
Led by Sam Penny, co-founder of Cheese Therapy, whose aim is helping small cheesemakers gain exposure across Australia and showcase what great cheese actually is.
Over the past seven years, Cheese Therapy has become Australia’s third greatest cheese retailer, behind the two big supermarkets, but still specialising in small artisan producers.
Sam has helped Cheese Therapy change an industry, deliver cheese straight to hundreds of thousands of homes and share the stories of dozens of small regional businesses.
Scottish Themed Lunch
Our chef is Grieg Lambert, formally executive chef at Piccolo Cucina, now owner of Mayhem at Machans and a proud Scotsman. He is keen to highlight the wonderous delights of Scottish haute cuisine! So, a Scottish themed light lunch has been arranged.
Time: 11.00 am Tutored Cheese Tasting, 12.30 pm Lunch
Dress: Smart casual – kilts preferred
